What to expect.
Your first Clinical Reflexology treatment will be for 1hr 15 minutes.
This is to allow plenty of time for you to ask me questions, whilst I spend time getting to know you, and run through a few health checks.
A brief history of your health and lifestyle is useful prior to treatment and be assured that any personal information you choose to disclose to me prior to treatment, will remain in strictest confidence.
If you have a particular health issue on which you would like me to focus, let me know. In order to gain most benefit from your reflexology treatment, it is best to remain silent throughout, unless you feel uncomfortable of course. This makes the treatment more effective effective, to not stimulate your sympathetic nervous system with speech thought patterns, and to allow you, complete relaxation.
We want to achieve a semi-meditative state, to allow your body, a full hour of ' time out '
Once you have removed your shoes and socks, I will make you comfortable in my wonderful zero-gravity ' La Fuma reclining chair.
The La Fuma chair is perfect for Reflexology as it raises the feet to virtually the same level as the heart. I will cover you with a soft throw, whilst your feet will be wrapped in warm, freshly steamed towels, and a bolster placed under your lower calves, to lift your heels ready for your treatment.
Then, lay back, and listen to gentle music, as your thoughts drift to far-off places, who knows what you will see along the way.
Then I round off the treatment with a gentle foot massage, and slowly bring you back to the real world. Refreshed, relaxed and rejuvinated.

NB: Once your booking is confirmed, cancellations will only be accepted at least 48 hours before the day of your treatment. Cancellation within less than 48 hours, will result in a room fee charge.
Every Friday, I have the privilege of visiting two alternate care homes for adults with learning difficulties, providing relaxing treatments on behalf of DGM Aromatics for Arundel Care Services.
My goal is to enhance the well-being and quality of life for each resident through personalised care and support.
It's a rewarding experience that allows me to make a positive impact in their lives.
If you would like a Care Home Visit
I offer special three hour visits, to your Care Home. The visit consists of nine 20 minute Taster' sessions, at just £10 each.
In this way, residents can try a little Reflexology, to see if they enjoy it.
(Taster mornings must be prebooked to avoid disappointment)
